VISION STATEMENT

The Cape George Colony Club Board of Trustees envisions our community as a desirable place to

live that our members are proud to call home. We strive to be a welcoming community consisting of neighbors who endeavor to be friendly, caring, supportive and respectful of one another. We grow the value of our properties and relationships through open communication, stewardship of share assets, and responsible use of assessments collected from members.

MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Cape George Colony Club is to:

1. Provide responsible management and use of property assets that benefit all members.

3. Provide ample opportunities for members to support Cape George Colony Club through membership in committees, clubs and work projects of the HOA.

5. Promote an atmosphere of support, involvement, social interactions and neighborliness.

7. Demonstrate commitment to our HOA Governing Documents and understanding and fulfillment of previous decisions.
