Position Overview

The Cape George Colony Club is seeking a reliable and organized HOA Administrator to support the daily operations of our community association. Ideal for someone who can do their best work in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for residents
 - Manage office tasks: filing, scheduling, record-keeping, correspondence
 - Assist the Board with communications, meeting preparation and documentation
 - Maintain databases, logs, and HOA records
 - Support community events, newsletter and administrative needs

What We’re Looking For

- Self-starter able to work independently
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Comfortable with interruptions and shifting priorities
 - Strong organizational skills; process oriented
 - Proficient with office software and communication platforms
 - HOA experience a plus
