Staff

Cape George Colony Club employs a dedicated team of professionals to manage and maintain our community, including our private water system, roads, and common areas.

Keeping Cape George Colony Club in peak operating form takes significant effort. While many projects are done by volunteer members, the core work falls on our staff. 

The day to day operation of Cape George Colony Club is the responsibility of the staff which currently consists of 2 full-time positions, volunteer office staff and 2 part-time positions.

Full Time Positions

The General Manager oversees all aspects of HOA operations, serves as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and members, and ensures the smooth day-to-day functioning of our community.  The Manager reports to the President of the Board.

The Caretaker is responsible for maintenance operations, repairs and improvements to common areas and infrastructure, and ensures our community’s physical assets are properly maintained.

Volunteer Positions

The Office Volunteers handle member communications, maintain association records, process work orders, coordinate vendors, and provides administrative support for all HOA activities.

Part-time Positions

The Water Manager is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of our private water system, ensuring safe and reliable water service to all members. The Water Manager works closely with the Manager and the Water Advisory Committee.

The Caretaker Assistant works with the Caretaker in assuring our common property are maintained.
